To keep our prices low we do not include so called 'free delivery' (Most companies that do hide a delivery charge in the cost of the product)
We will work out a delivery cost based on where you live & depending on the size of the product. we will contact you with this cost for your agreement, before we process any money on your card.
Small items are sent via a courier at the cost of postage. Large items are delivered by a professional furniture delivery company
Please note when larger items are to be delivered by courier this will need to be arranged for a day when there is someone present to assist the driver with moving the item from the van to your property.
All of our postage charges are for deliveries Monday to Friday during office hours. We may be able to arrange other times although these may be subject to a surcharge - please enquire.
If you wish to collect your item to save the delivery charge this can be arranged.
In the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged we will arrange for collection of the whole item (or damaged part). Once returned to us we will assess the item and if we find the damage has occurred during transit or as a result of a problem during manufacture we will either provide a replacement product or where possible repair the item. This will then be returned to you at no cost.
